Classification, Labeling and Packaging of substances and mixtures

Products in cylinders are labeled and classified according to the CLP classification (Classification, Labeling and Packaging of substances and mixtures). The CLP classification contains criteria for the classification and labeling of substances, which is determined according to the Globally Harmonized System classification and labeling of chemicals (GHS). This document has been adopted at international level within the United Nations. The CLP Regulation entered into force on 1.12.2010. It has been valid for classification, labeling and packaging of mixtures from 1.6.2015. Cylinders are color-coded according to STN EN 1089-3: 2012, safety marking is governed by STN EN ISO 7225.
